Design Associate

Design is not an afterthought here. It’s the front and center of how we tell stories, explain products, and build trust with the world. We're looking for a Design Associate who doesn't just make things look good — but makes them work hard. Someone who gets excited about visual systems, editorial layouts, and translating complex ideas into scroll-stopping design.
You’ll collaborate across campaigns — from social posts and event booths to landing pages, reports, and brand experiments. We’re rethinking what great marketing looks like in B2B, and we need your help to make it feel bold, human, and unmistakably us.

What You’ll Do


Design marketing campaigns end-to-end — social media, paid ads, graphics for landing pages, emails, and more

Shape our visual identity across platforms and formats, evolving our style as we grow

Build beautiful, editorial-style whitepapers, reports, and presentations that people actually want to read

Own the visual experience of events — from digital banners to physical booth design

Work closely with marketers and writers to bring ideas to life through clean, clever visuals

Organize and grow a design asset library that speeds up production and inspires creativity

Bring a strong point of view to creative brainstorms — we want your voice in the room

What You Bring


1–3 years of experience in graphic/visual design, preferably in a marketing or agency context

A portfolio that shows strong storytelling, layout, and visual identity chops

Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop) and Figma

Confidence in juggling multiple projects and turning around high-quality work quickly

A keen eye for detail, color, typography — and the craft to pull it all together

Excitement about building something from the ground up, not just following a style guide

Bonus Points


Experience with motion graphics or light video editing

Familiarity with tools like Webflow, Notion, or Miro

Exposure to SaaS, fintech, or fast-moving B2B environments

Comfort designing for both print and digital formats
