Role Overview


We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Delivery Lead to join our team at

Signzy Technologies Private Limited, a leading B2B SaaS tech product organization. As

the Delivery Lead, you will be responsible for ensuring the successful delivery of our

products and services to clients, overseeing the end-to-end project lifecycle from

initiation through to completion. You will work closely with cross-functional teams

including Product, Engineering and Sales to ensure client expectations are met and the

delivery process runs smoothly and efficiently.


Key Responsibilities


  1. Project Management: Oversee multiple client-facing projects simultaneously, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
  2. Client Relationship Management: Serve as the main point of contact for clients,managing client expectations, proactively addressing concerns, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
  3. Cross-Functional Team Collaboration: Coordinate with Product, Engineering,Sales, and Customer Success teams to ensure alignment on deliverables,timelines, and milestones.
  4. Resource Management: Lead the allocation of resources to ensure project success and avoid bottlenecks.
  5. Risk and Issue Management: Identify project risks and issues, working with relevant teams to mitigate or resolve them.
  6. Continuous Improvement: Lead and implement best practices for project delivery, driving operational efficiencies and quality improvements.
  7. Stakeholder Communication: Regularly communicate project progress, risks, and successes to stakeholders, ensuring transparency throughout the delivery lifecycle.
  8. Delivery Process Ownership: Own the end-to-end project delivery process,continuously assessing and improving project workflows, delivery standards, and client outcomes.
  9. Reporting & Documentation: Provide regular project status updates and ensure all documentation is accurate and up to date.

Job Requirements


Experience:


  • 10+ years of experience in a Delivery or Project Management role in aB2B SaaS or technology-driven environment.
  • Proven experience managing large-scale, complex client projects with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong background in Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and familiarity with project management tools (Jira, Asana, Monday.com, etc.).
  • Experience with SaaS product delivery, including onboarding, integrations, and customer enablement.


Education:


  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent work experience).
  • PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile certifications are a plus.
  • Proficiency in project management tools (Jira, Trello, Asana, or similar).
  • Familiarity with SaaS architectures and technology stacks, particularly related to cloud-based applications.
  • Ability to understand technical requirements and communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
