About the Role: As a Growth Marketing Associate, you will play a crucial role in supporting our go-to-market (GTM) strategies and activities. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to assist in the development and execution of marketing plans, aiming to drive product awareness, generate leads, and support customer acquisition efforts.


Key Responsibilities:

GTM Strategy and Execution:

  • Implement and optimize acquisition strategies across various digital channels.
  • Assist in the planning and execution of product launches, coordinating cross-functional efforts, and ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Create and execute top-of-the-funnel outbound email marketing campaigns.
  • Develop email templates for drip campaigns to enhance engagement and conversion rates.
  • Develop and implement LinkedIn marketing strategies to increase brand visibility and generate leads.

Growth Hacking:

  • Identify and experiment with new growth opportunities and channels.
  • Analyze campaign performance data to optimize and iterate on marketing strategies.
  • Conduct A/B tests and experiments to improve conversion rates.
  • Conduct customer research and gather insights to drive marketing strategies.

Collaboration:

  • Collaborate closely with product, sales, and customer success teams to ensure a unified growth strategy.
  • Work independently and as part of a team to align marketing efforts with business objectives.


Skills and Qualifications:

  • A degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Knowledge of CRM, Hubspot, Pipeline stages, MQL stages, should be there. Experience converting MQL to SQL while collaborating with sales will be added advantage.
  • Proficiency and prior 0-2 years of experience in relevant role.
  • Familiarity with LinkedIn marketing and B2B SaaS marketing strategies.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Creative thinker with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
