About the Role: As a Growth Marketing Associate, you will play a crucial role in supporting our go-to-market (GTM) strategies and activities. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to assist in the development and execution of marketing plans, aiming to drive product awareness, generate leads, and support customer acquisition efforts.
Key Responsibilities:
GTM Strategy and Execution:
- Implement and optimize acquisition strategies across various digital channels.
- Assist in the planning and execution of product launches, coordinating cross-functional efforts, and ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Create and execute top-of-the-funnel outbound email marketing campaigns.
- Develop email templates for drip campaigns to enhance engagement and conversion rates.
- Develop and implement LinkedIn marketing strategies to increase brand visibility and generate leads.
Growth Hacking:
- Identify and experiment with new growth opportunities and channels.
- Analyze campaign performance data to optimize and iterate on marketing strategies.
- Conduct A/B tests and experiments to improve conversion rates.
- Conduct customer research and gather insights to drive marketing strategies.
Collaboration:
- Collaborate closely with product, sales, and customer success teams to ensure a unified growth strategy.
- Work independently and as part of a team to align marketing efforts with business objectives.
Skills and Qualifications:
- A degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Knowledge of CRM, Hubspot, Pipeline stages, MQL stages, should be there. Experience converting MQL to SQL while collaborating with sales will be added advantage.
- Proficiency and prior 0-2 years of experience in relevant role.
- Familiarity with LinkedIn marketing and B2B SaaS marketing strategies.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Creative thinker with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
